John, it's terrifying but true. An extremist candidate in Ohio recently claimed "demonic spirits are attacking them, and satanic hordes are infiltrating them and even possessing their bodies", wrote a book called "They are Coming for Your Children" (meaning LGBTQ+ people) and has made her entire career about trans people and peddled anti-trans myths.

Drenda Keesee and her toxic beliefs sink to new lows - and it's terrifying look into how these bigots view LGBTQ+ people. And her rant is the best case we can make for electing LGBTQ+ voices at all levels of government.
