I first met Senator Whitehouse at an event underscoring the urgency of slowing climate change. Sheldon lives in Rhode Island near the ocean (blue), and I live in Idaho near a forest (green). Knowing that Blue and Green are interconnected, we joined forces in the mission to reverse climate change, and our work continues.

But Sheldon is more than an expert on the Court. He fights every day for the rights, freedoms, and goals of Rhode Islanders and other Americans like you and your family. He stands with us to protect:

- a woman’s right to make her own decisions about health care;
- access to IVF;
- the right of our children to be safe from gun violence;
- our right to vote, and so much more.
