Because Georgia went blue in 2020 to elect President Joe Biden and Senators Warnock and Ossoff, we accomplished a lot: the American Rescue Plan, Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, CHIPS and Science Act, Inflation Reduction Act, and more.
But since Republicans took control of the House, we’ve seen chaos over electing a Speaker of the House (twice!), our country brought to the brink of a shutdown, and extremist bills brought to the House floor. Not to mention the GOP is working overtime to flip the Senate and presidency to have a trifecta to pass whatever extremist agenda they want.
