SUPPORTING OUR VETERANS

Image

I held a Veteran Service Organization Roundtable earlier this week at the March Field Air Museum to hear directly from those who are dedicated to serving our veterans. My office and I will continue to partner with them to ensure our veterans receive the benefits they have earned. If you are a veteran or know of a veteran in the 41st Congressional District who needs assistance with their benefits, please have them contact my District Office staff at 951-277-0042.

ENDING THE FENTANYL CRISIS

I was honored to receive the 2023 Courageous Leader Award from Mothers Against Prescription Drug Abuse at their award ceremony in Rancho Mirage. As the Co-Chair of the Bipartisan Fentanyl Caucus, I know the real courage comes from the parents who have lost a loved one to fentanyl poisoning and are determined to end this crisis and prevent further suffering. I will continue to work with them to save lives and protect Americans from this deadly epidemic.

FUNDING LOCAL PRIORITIES

Image

I met with Wildomar Mayor Bridgette Moore, Mayor Pro Tem Ashlee DePhillippo and city staff earlier this week to discuss local issues and potential federal funding opportunities for Wildomar and our region. By working together we can ensure the Inland Empire’s priorities are addressed.

THE LIVING DESERT

Image

I had a great visit earlier this week at The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens to learn about their conservation efforts and exciting future plans. I even leant a hand in feeding some of my tallest constituents. The Living Desert is truly a gem in the Coachella Valley and a major contributor to the valley's economy.
