In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, the people of our state have demonstrated a resiliency that makes me so proud to be a North Carolinian.

 

But even now, there are bad actors who are trying to use this crisis to their advantage.


Last week, I announced that I am investigating nine NC sellers on Amazon for price gouging on essential items like hand sanitizer and N95 masks.


My number one priority is ensuring the health and safety of our citizens, and I will do everything in my power to increase access to personal protective equipment, hold scammers accountable, and support those most affected by this crisis.
