Team,
We talk a lot about the big issues Pat is fighting for in Washington — defending our democracy, protecting reproductive freedom, and making life easier for working families. They are critical and something we all think about a lot.
But Pat is also deeply committed to addressing the everyday concerns of his constituents in the Hudson Valley. Things that you might not hear about online, but that make a huge difference in people’s lives.
For example: In Ulster County, the Rifton Post Office abruptly closed, and it has remained closed indefinitely for weeks. That means huge delays for seniors who rely on the postal service to receive their medications, utility bills reaching someone else’s doorstep, and packages held in limbo with no end in sight.
While Pat has been working hard to get answers from the Postal Service, some members of Congress, like Elise Stefanik, wouldn’t know anything about what that’s like. They’re too busy booking their next Fox News segment and drafting their next viral tweet to deal with the day-to-day issues facing the folks they represent. They’d rather line their campaign coffers than truly represent their constituents.
Not Pat. From the big fights to the small stuff, Pat is all-in to serve the Hudson Valley — and none of it would be possible without the support of this grassroots team.
So folks, will you pitch in $10 to help us reach our end-of-month deadline so we have the resources to defend Pat from GOP attacks, win reelection, and flip the House blue?
