“My sheep hear my voice, I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all. No one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.” John 10:26-30


In His great mercy to us, God sent the Holy Spirit to dwell in us as we await the Father’s return. Because of this gift, we are able to hear His voice and follow it. In these verses, Jesus proclaims that we are His sheep, valued and loved and protected. No one will take the sheep from His flock, and He knows each one intimately.


Sometimes we can take for granted the gift of an intimate relationship with Christ. The gift of knowing Him and being fully known by Him is one we should cherish. The Creator of the world and Savior of all humanity wants to know you on a personal level! All you have to do is let Him in.
