John,

The Deep State is desperate to prosecute President Trump and is willing to run roughshod over the Constitution to do it.

DA Fani Willis campaigned on prosecuting Trump and paid her boyfriend an extravagant amount – likely with your federal taxpayer money – to do so.

A judge ruled that an "odor of mendacity" – lying – hangs over DA Willis' prosecution of Trump. Yet he refused to remove her.

To be blunt, if we allow the justice system to become a political weapon, we lose our country.

We're taking urgent action to defend the Constitution and the integrity of our judicial system. Our senior legal team – including our own former GA prosecutor – just filed a critical amicus brief urging the Georgia Court of Appeals to hear this vital case and disqualify DA Willis. And our next brief could be due VERY SOON.

This two-tiered system of justice MUST END NOW.

But we face a major challenge. We're going up against the radical Left's unlimited taxpayer-funded resources in court. Because of the enormity of this moment, a group of our donors has provided a limited-time match opportunity. Have your gift DOUBLED before our Life & Liberty Drive Deadline in just about 72 hours.
