John, between Donald Trump’s New York “hush money” case and Trump’s Supreme Court arguments for total presidential immunity, it was a busy week and I know it can feel challenging to keep up with it all. But I wanted to make sure you didn’t miss this big news:

An Arizona grand jury indicted 18 people in the ongoing investigation into Trump’s fake elector scheme.

This is huge. The indictment includes familiar names including former Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and Trump’s attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis and John Eastman. But it also includes others who had not yet been indicted in Michigan, Georgia or Nevada, like top Trump campaign adviser Boris Epshteyn.

Alarmingly, Christina Bobb, the lawyer currently overseeing the RNC's "election integrity" efforts, was also indicted for these election-related crimes.

And importantly, Trump himself was named as an unindicted co-conspirator. This is just another example of Trump’s involvement in efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

It’s good to see these fake electors and election deniers face genuine accountability – but now, we need to keep up the momentum.
