Enough is enough. Donald Trump has just violated Judge Juan Merchan’s gag order for the FOURTEENTH TIME, and it is time for the judge to bring down the full force of the law on him by sending him to jail.

Judge Merchan prohibited Trump from making public comments about jurors, lawyers, potential witnesses, court staff and their families after Trump’s furious social media posts at the start of his porn star hush money trial.

Since then, he’s attacked witness David Pecker, witness Michael Cohen, witness Stormy Daniels, and the jurors in his case, many of them multiple times. How many times must this man flaunt his rule-breaking before he finally pays the price?

Punish Trump for violating his gag order 14 times!

Judge Merchan needs to send a message to Trump and the entire nation by sending Trump to jail for violating his gag order so many times. It is outrageous that Trump has been able to get away with everything that he has gotten away with up until this point, and justice demands that we remind Trump and the public that we are a nation under the rule of law, and breaking those rules once have serious consequences — let alone FOURTEEN times!

As the Supreme Court hears arguments on whether Donald Trump has presidential immunity from inciting an insurrection and organizing a conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election, it’s more important than ever that we uphold the law and hold Trump accountable for everything we can.
