During these trying times, we are grateful to all the incredible patriots across the country who are sacrificing so much to help save lives.

To the millions of Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses, Lab Technicians, Social Workers, and health care professionals who are working countless hours and putting yourselves at risk....THANK YOU.

To the millions of Fire Fighters, Police Officers, Highway Patrol Officers, National Guard Members, EMTs, and first responders....THANK YOU.

To our Truck Drivers, Grocery Store Workers, and our Farmers....THANK YOU.

America is a complex machine with cogs and gears going in countless different directions, but NOTHING works without our essential workers fighting to keep our nation safe and healthy.

As members of ACT for America, the nation's premier grassroots national security organization, we need to do everything in our power to let these American Heroes know we support them and recognize their sacrifice.
