Hi John,
The stage is set for November.
Donald Trump is tied in national polls with Joe Biden in his bid to retake the White House. Democrats have a one-seat majority in the U.S. Senate, and Republicans have a slim majority in the U.S. House.
This doesn’t include the numerous close races in counties, cities, and school boards in Colorado.
Up and down the ballot, the difference between Democratic wins and losses will come down to turnout.
We already know that the other side is locked in and will turn out for Donald Trump and his MAGA acolytes no matter what. The big question is whether our folks will come out in bigger numbers in November.
Like we’ve seen in 2018, 2020, and 2022, when we turn out – we win.
As a state party, one of our biggest responsibilities is registering voters across the state and ensuring they make their voices heard. This couldn’t be more true for 2024.
Fortunately, you can help us out. On average, it costs us $15 to register one new voter in Colorado. With the Colorado Primary coming up in June, we want to get as many folks out to the polls as possible. Chip in $15 to help us register one new voter, $30 to register two new voters, or $45 to help us register three new voters!
