Every senior deserves to age with dignity, respect, and financial security. But I hear from so many older people in our community today about how rising costs have made their lives more difficult.

That’s why I’m working to lower housing costs, make prescription drugs more affordable, and remove barriers to seniors receiving their full Social Security benefits.

But here’s something that’s flown under the radar: The House GOP has put forward an agenda that calls for gutting Social Security and Medicare benefits.

Listen, if you’re a retiree living off the equity in your home — or if you’re still working today but trying to save for retirement in a few years — the last thing you can afford is to have your hard-earned benefits reduced.

We need to retake the House to stop Republicans from implementing their extreme agenda at the expense of Colorado’s seniors — and that starts with winning this race right here in CO-07. Will you stand with me?

This isn’t complicated: every hardworking American deserves a healthy and dignified retirement. We need to be making life easier for seniors, not making things even harder.
