4. You'll need to provide your first and last name, phone number, physical address, and your payment information.
5. Please note that due to federal compliance rules, campaigns, pacs, and others are required to collect this information, along with donors' employment status, occupation, and name of employer.
6. You'll input a password so that you can log in and start or stop donations when you need to.
