Arizona Freedom Caucus Chairman Sen. Jake Hoffman, as well as AZFC member Anthony Kern have been indicted by Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes.
Their crimes? Supporting President Trump after the 2020 election by presenting themselves as alternate electors while the results of the election were being challenged in court.
This practice has been a part of America’s electoral process for decades. Look no further than [ [link removed] ] President Kennedy’s alternative electors in Hawaii while the results were in doubt after the 1960 election.
Yet, political activities such as these have been turned into crimes by political hacks disguised as prosecutors.
Nearly four years after 2020, as Joe Biden seeks re-election, a Democrat AG who won her election by just 250 votes has decided to weaponize her office to target Republican opponents in one of America’s most important swing states.
The State Freedom Caucus Network unequivocally stands with our members in Arizona and look forward to a swift acquittal of these bogus charges.
