We’ll cut straight to the chase: We're facing an uphill battle in our campaign to defeat Mike Lawler and take back the House majority.

Last cycle, GOP dark money outside interests spent over $8.8 million to boost Lawler and help him flip NY-17 red. We can’t take back the House without winning back this district, and election experts are calling this race a “toss-up.” That’s why it’s no surprise that outside groups have already begun pouring money into our district to attack Mondaire and prop up Lawler.
