As Lee Hsien Loong prepares to step down as Prime Minister, here is a look back at his remarkable legacy.

The Secretary-General of the People's Action Party Lee Hsien Loong ([link removed]) announced that he will step down as Prime Minister ([link removed]) on May 15. His deputy, Lawrence Wong ([link removed]) , will officially become Singapore’s third Prime Minister ([link removed]) that day.

Singapore has flourished under PM Lee's leadership over the past 20 years. From strengthening social safety nets to providing opportunities for all, PM Lee has transformed Singapore ([link removed]) and advanced the country on the global stage.
