2nd Amendment 'does not exist' in some NY courtrooms
according to one judge presiding over the trial of a gunsmith
During a trial for a gunsmith being unjustly charged with
multiple weapons charges, the defense is told that the Second Amendment
cannot be used as an argument because it does not exist in the courtroom.
