Rick Scott has proven that he only cares about enriching himself and others like him, at the expense of the American people.

As CEO: Rick Scott ran a healthcare company that committed one of the largest Medicare frauds in our nation’s history and earned his hospital chain a total of $1.7 BILLION in fines.

As Governor: Rick Scott shed funding for public schools, disabled people, and the unemployed; gave health-care companies control of Medicaid; and enacted the most restrictive voting laws Florida has seen.

As Senator: Rick Scott enacted a “Plan to Rescue America” that proposed raising taxes on Americans and gut Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security.

As bad as Rick Scott is bad for America, he has among the deepest pockets in politics. Democrats will have to spend millions to defeat him.

…but he’s never won a general election by more that 1.2% and had to pour $64 million of his own money into winning his bid for Senate. We can beat him.
