After all the votes from the California primary were tallied up, we ended up tied for second place.

We were on our way to an unprecedented 3-way general election this November until a former staffer and donor of our opponent called for a recount.

Now, our campaign didn’t call for this recount. Recounts are expensive and grueling — but we’re confident that when all the votes are counted, we’ll be on our way to the general election in November.
