John, as the son of a public school teacher, I know firsthand that being an educator is one of the most challenging and rewarding jobs out there.

That’s why when I had an opportunity to help get a federal investment to support Educate Maine’s meaningful work, I jumped at the chance.

Thanks to the Congressionally-Directed Spending program, I was able to deliver resources that will help Maine teachers better connect with each other across all sixteen counties. Teachers love to learn, and by hearing what’s working in other classrooms, they’ll be inspired to make changes closer to home.

Common-sense investments like this one will help teachers and kids in rural and urban parts of our state thrive. And if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I’m always seeking common-sense initiatives that uplift all of us.

Will you donate whatever you’re able today towards my re-election campaign so that I can keep advocating for our kids, our educators, and the people that make our state so special? [[link removed]]

Serving the people of Maine and sharing your concerns in the halls of Congress is an honor and a privilege that I never take for granted. I hope I’ll be able to deliver many more victories for Maine, but I really need your support to make that happen. Thank you, John.

Warmly,
Angus
