I am fearful that legal persecution will intensify against Americans holding to faith-based values

There is a very concerning trend occurring in our country that has me worried for Americans who hold to biblical & faith-based values.

After the Respect for Marriage Act was passed by a bi-partisan effort and signed into law, I am fearful that legal persecution will only intensify against Americans holding to faith-based values and who wish to conduct their lives according to their faith.

Are you concerned that America is abandoning a basic tenet of our founding–Religious Liberty?

In addition to the passing of the Respect for Marriage Act, numerous examples over the past decade have concerned me: KENNEDY v. BREMERTON SCHOOL DISTRICT, MASTERPIECE CAKESHOP v. COLORADO CIVIL RIGHTS COMMISSION, and 303 CREATIVE v. ELENIS are just a few examples of legal persecution against Americans holding to faith-based values who wish to conduct their lives according to their faith.

Furthermore, an amendment to the Respect for Marriage Act, brought forth by Senator Mike Lee, prohibiting the Federal Government from retaliating against schools, businesses, and organizations because of their religious beliefs about same-sex marriage failed.

This has the potential to only intensify legal persecution against individuals, businesses, churches, and nonprofits holding to faith-based values.
