Earlier this month, Arizona’s Supreme Court upheld a law from 1864, making abortion illegal from the moment of conception, including in cases of rape or incest.
Make no mistake, friends. Access to legal and safe abortions have been under attack since the Supreme Court's far-right majority overturned Roe v. Wade . Since then, 14 Republican-controlled states have made abortion illegal, and we know they won’t stop there.
Just last month, Alabama’s anti-IVF decision showed that the war on reproductive health care goes deeper than abortion bans – it extends to family-creating procedures that millions of women like Lori have turned to when battling infertility.
Despite these attacks, we know the truth. Nothing could be more unpopular with the American people than restricting women’s access to reproductive health care.
