I wanted to take a moment to reach out, personally, to share my story. This email is about why I’m running for Congress and why I believe this race is so important. I learned early on from my grandfather, a police officer, and my parents, both teachers, that you don’t stop fighting until you get the job done for your community. 

That’s why as a State Legislator, I’ve fought hard to lower costs, codify reproductive rights, build affordable housing, address homelessness, and tackle the climate crisis. 

And as a small business owner, I’ve always been proud to mentor my employees and help provide scholarships to continue their education. 

Now, as a mother of four, I’m running for Congress because I believe in the future of Oregon, and I know we can pass down an Oregon that my kids and yours are proud of. 

I've never shied away from a challenge, but I'm going to need your help on this one, friend. With the Oregon primary less than four weeks away, I can’t do this alone.
