Hi John
Can't Trump My Black Card: Spades Tournament with Columbus Stand Up!
Hello!
I hope this email finds you well and filled with fond memories of our recent "Can't Trump My Black Card" Spades Tournament! I wanted to take a moment to extend our sincerest gratitude to you for joining us and making the event truly special.
Your enthusiasm, competitive spirit, and camaraderie were the heartbeat of the tournament, and it wouldn't have been the same without your presence. Whether you were laying down those killer spades or engaging in some friendly trash talk, your energy added to the excitement of the event. We know there was some frustration with the prize process as well, and we apologize for that.
For those who are new to Columbus Stand Up, we are a direct-action grassroots organization that focuses on engaging people who don't feel like they are heard in the political process. As we discussed at the forum, Franklin County will soon elect a new prosecutor. It's a critical opportunity for our community to shape the future of justice in our area. We encourage you to learn more about the two candidates: Democrat Shayla D. Favor and Republican John Rutan. Feel free to reach out with any questions about the election.
Once again, thank you for joining us for "Can't Trump My Black Card." Your enthusiasm and passion for the game are truly appreciated, and we look forward to hopefully seeing you again at future events as we build community and political engagement across Central Ohio.
Warm regards,
The Columbus Stand Up! Team
