A Letter From Julie Gutmann

Fellow Republicans,

I wanted to take a moment to brag on my husband a little bit. Last week, even the liberal news media reported that Andrew Gutmann maintains the fundraising lead in the Congressional District 22 Republican primary. This is a critical election as whoever wins on August 20th will be our champion to unseat Lois Frankel.

A lot of people will say that I am biased and cannot be taken seriously as an advocate for my husband’s campaign. Of course, I am supporting my husband, but not just because he’s my husband but also because I have seen his heart and why he is running for Congress.

A few years ago, in the wake of the Black Lives Matter movement, our daughter’s school capitulated entirely to this new woke dogma of the radical left. Imagine our frustration to see a school’s administration that should know better decide suddenly to begin embracing the idea that our daughter and her peers needed to understand that they were racists by birth and oppressors by national origin. This was unacceptable to us. My husband and I made the decision to remove our daughter from this school, and he wrote a letter to every parent at our daughter’s school suggesting that they push back against the administration and demand education over indoctrination.

That letter took fire and was read on the air by Tucker Carlson and was covered by much of the national conservative news media. I am proud that his letter helped ignite the parent’s movement and a new-found courage by parents to demand that their children be taught history and not fed the left’s propaganda. My husband Andrew is running for Congress because he’s got the courage to fight. People told us that Lois Frankel could not be beaten, that she was an establishment figure with too much money and too much power. But if we don’t take on the establishment and the power, then we will just have to be content to allow the Left to continue their reign of terror over our children. Their future and the future of America is at stake. We must fight.

I am proud of the kind of campaign that Andrew is running. His opponents continue to spread lies and half-truths in an attempt to steal the nomination, and quite frankly, these kinds of tactics do nothing but help the liberal establishment and their leaders like Lois Frankel. I urge you to stand with us today. Stand with Andrew, and help us take back America, one Congressional District at a time.

We even suspect that some liberal Democrats are helping fund our primary opponent’s campaign and launch shadow attacks on Andrew as though they are coming from the Right.
