CHBA BC

The BC Skills Competition held this past week in Abbotsford was a huge success where CHBA BC was on-site promoting homebuilding careers.

We had many primary and high school kids participate in our try-a-trade booth. While the high school kids were more interested in our Jenga game, the younger kids got some hands-on experience participating in the woodworking activities and trying out all the tools.

Under the watchful eye of our Homebuilders Initiative team, they had the chance to use common tools like pliers, screwdrivers and saws to build little wood robot keychains.
