Hi there, Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis here. Yesterday I joined House Speaker Mike Johnson and some of my colleagues at Columbia University to meet with Jewish students, condemn the vile antisemitism that's been allowed to fester on Columbia's campus, and call for the University's President, Minouche Shafik, to immediately resign. Jewish students at Columbia and other universities across the country have been harassed, assaulted, spat on and have had to endure seeing swastikas on their campuses. It's absolutely unacceptable, and why I've introduced legislation to strip federal funding from educational institutions that allow antisemitism to continue without consequence, and revoke the visas of foreign students who spew antisemitic rhetoric or commit hateful acts. Watch my remarks from yesterday's press conference by clicking below.
