Team,

Last November, Ohioans voted yes on Issue 1 and protected abortion rights in Ohio’s constitution. But for the average Ohioan entering an abortion clinic, not much has changed.

That’s because there are a handful of regulations, hurdles, and other bans on reproductive healthcare that Republicans are dragging out in court. Like Attorney General Dave Yost who is arguing in court that some parts of his 6-week abortion ban are still somehow constitutional, even after nearly 57% of Ohio voters took to the ballot box to reject all attempts to strip away our reproductive rights.

Ohio Republicans are going to exhaust every possible option to try and block abortion rights.

But we have a solution: Disputes over Issue 1’s implementation goes into the hands of none other than the Ohio Supreme Court – which this year, we have the chance to flip and secure a pro-choice majority. Will you pitch in $5 today to help us get it done?

If we want to ensure that abortion rights get fairly implemented, we need to elect Justice Michael Donnelly, Justice Melody Stewart, and Judge Lisa Forbes so we can flip the majority and have a Court that serves as our last line of defense when it comes to GOP attacks on our healthcare.

Can you donate to our judicial fund to flip the Ohio Supreme Court and secure a Democratic majority?
