I hope you are doing well. Lately, days can feel like weeks and weeks like months. We are all trying to settle into a sense of routine as we continue to practice social distancing and following guidelines provided by the CDC to keep ourselves and our loved ones safe and healthy.

There is still so much uncertainty around this constantly changing world we're living in, and I've heard from many Montanans that they're concerned about affording their rent or mortgage, paying for food, or how they can make sure that they will receive the health care they need if they do become sick.

At times like these, I think it's so important to listen to one another, so I wanted to ask you: How are you handling this pandemic, and what's worrying you about how COVID-19 is affecting your life? I've opened up a community forum so that you can send me your thoughts and concerns around this public health crisis.

I believe that in times of emergency, every elected official, including the state Attorney General, needs to pull their weight to help lift our community out of crisis and help pave the way for recovery. Whether it is ensuring that everyone can receive the medicine they need or maintain a roof over their head, those that we choose to represent us have a responsibility to meet people's needs Helping others has always been at the heart of everything I do, and so I will do everything I can to fight for our needs as your next Attorney General.
