Let’s go back, back, way back…to this February. 

We all thought it was decided: Donald Trump did NOT have presidential immunity against criminal charges of trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election. A U.S. District Court judge said so. A bipartisan panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals agreed! It seemed like all that was needed was a court date.

Then the MAGA Justices of the Supreme Court said, hold please!

Cut to three months later and the Court is just now about to hear arguments in the appeal case today. They’re deliberately delaying their decision, which could push his federal criminal trial until after the 2024 election. How convenient! 

The ringleader of the MAGA justice helping Trump? Clarence Thomas, whose wife Ginni played a key role in getting rioters to the Capitol on January 6th. Imagine that. 

Enough is enough. We need a Supreme Court that works for the good of the people, not insurrectionists. Call your representative at 833-345-2552 and tell them to support Supreme Court term limits.

The MAGA Supreme Court’s delay in hearing this case has already been a massive in-kind contribution to the Trump campaign.

Donald Trump may believe he’s above the law, but a large majority of Americans disagree. 

They deserve to know if a jury of their peers find Trump guilty—before they have to go to the ballot box and make their choice.

Delaying justice is unacceptable. Call 833-345-2552 to demand your representative takes a stand against this out-of-control Supreme Court and supports term limits.
