The State Smart Transportation Initiative <[link removed]> recently helped organize a bike tour for the American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials spring meeting in Madison, Wisconsin. On April 24, transportation officials from 15 states saw firsthand how cities can make transformational investments in biking and public transit. If so, the High Road Strategy Center <[link removed]> is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Transportation Researcher for the State Smart Transportation Initiative <[link removed]>. In this role, you will be able to support policy and decision-making tools among state agencies, playing a key part in shaping the national landscape from within a vibrant university community. The Mayors Innovation Project announces the 2nd annual Mayors Institute on Pedestrian Safety

This week, the Mayors Innovation Project <[link removed]> announced 10 mayors selected to participate in our second annual Mayors Institute on Pedestrian Safety (MIPS)! This program, in partnership with AARP Livable Communities <[link removed]> and Smart Growth America <[link removed]>, is designed to help mayors create communities that are safe, vibrant, and equitable through expert-led discussions and peer learning opportunities.
