Columbia Student Protests Continue
==================================

The protests at Columbia University have gotten international attention, but the sentiments being carried by these protests go far beyond the confines of Columbia University. This is just further evidence that the issues at stake resonate deeply with young people globally. They are no longer willing to turn a blind eye to the injustices perpetrated by governments worldwide. The rallying cry for justice reverberates far beyond campus borders, echoing across social media platforms and grassroots movements.

What's crucial to acknowledge is that this movement isn't fading away; it's gaining momentum. With each passing day, more individuals are exposed to the heartbreaking tragedies unfolding in Gaza and other conflict zones. As the veil of misinformation is lifted, more people are compelled to take action, recognizing the sheer inhumanity of the situation.

Yet, there is a stark contrast between what is covered on mainstream outlets and what is unfolding on the ground. While corporate media often ignores some of the most jarring aspects of the conflict, social media and independent coverage provide a more nuanced, unfiltered perspective, shining a light on the harsh realities faced by those directly affected. This difference in media needs to be called out, Americans need to be able to see the reality of what is going on in Gaza and make judgments for themselves.

Even with the mainstream media failing to cover the reality of these tragedies, there is an unprecedented effort to fight back. The formation of a multi-racial, multi-ethnic coalition represents a significant paradigm shift—one that hasn't been witnessed in decades. This political awakening tears down traditional divides, bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds under a common cause: the pursuit of peace in a region that has been oppressed for decades.

At its core, this movement embodies a call for a political revolution—a seismic shift in the status quo. The question before us is clear: which side will you choose to align with? Will you stand with the forces of oppression, or will you join the chorus of voices demanding accountability and change? In this pivotal moment, No Dem Left Behind has made its stance unequivocally clear. We stand in solidarity with this burgeoning coalition, amplifying their voices and advocating for meaningful change.

Thank you for taking the time to reflect on these critical issues. Together, we can fight for a real change in this conflict and make a serious demand for peace.

[**No Dem Left Behind has been fighting on the political side of this issue since October. We stand for an immediate ceasefire and we stand for freedom of protest that should be permitted around the world.**]([link removed])
