Not only did the ATF release their final “engaged in business” rule, which seeks to target everyday gun owners, place them on a registry, and BAN the private sale of firearms. 

But we now have the opportunity to dismantle the ATF’s “frame or receiver” rule in front of the Supreme Court!  

And don’t forget that the lawsuit against the ATF “pistol brace” rule is still ongoing with filings as recent as Monday.

This has been an absolutely critical month in the fight for your fundamental rights against an agency that wants to disarm and, quite frankly, no-knock raid you and your family. 

That’s why we’ve been hitting your inboxes this month. And it’s why we need to do it again. 

The legal fight against the ATF is not cheap. And the coming fight at the Supreme Court is going to be the most costly one yet. 

And that’s not even factoring in potential action against new ATF rules and the continuing battle in our pistol brace lawsuit.
