Because of Republicans, the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is set to expire at the end of this month.
The ACP, created under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law in 2021, has been crucial in lowering the cost of internet for more than 400,000 Alabama households.
Affordable, reliable high-speed internet is essential for families, and if Republicans don’t join us and take action, more than 23 million Americans could lose access to such an important resource.
