Minnesota DFL liberals are strong guardians of voting rights ...for felons!
Last year a law passed that gave voting rights to over 57,000 Minnesota felons
who should not have the right to vote.
<[link removed]>
Before the DFL pushed for this change, felons had to wait until they were off
probation or parole and pay all of their fines before regaining the right to
vote.
While there is a lawsuit in the works to fix this problem, I want to hear from
you:
Should Felons Have The Right To Vote Immediately Upon Release?
<[link removed]>
YES
<[link removed]>
NO!
<[link removed]>
As a 23-year police officer, I don't believe that felons should have the right
to voteuntil after they've served their time and show a pattern of good
behavior to prove they've become law-abiding citizens.
I look forward to hearing if you share my belief or if you have a different
opinion.
