The Biden-Harris Administration just made millions of American workers eligible for overtime. This is another win in the long fight for fair wages and better benefits.

Previously, only certain workers who made less than $36,000 were eligible for mandatory overtime. Now that’s been expanded to another 4 million workers. Anyone earning less than $58,656 per year will now be eligible for overtime.

It's about damn time!

This shouldn’t be controversial to say, but everyone should be paid fairly for the work they do. It’s up to us to make sure it stays that way.Can we count on you to vote this November so we can keep up the fight for workers’ rights?

Now even more teachers, nurses, factory workers, and retail employees have a chance to be paid what they deserve for the time they work.
