The Prophecy that Prepared the
World for the Largest Christian Conversion Event in
History!
Dear Friend,
Plano, TX (Apr. 20) - Catholics
throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding areas set aside a
half day and braved an 82-year-old record for rainfall to hear the
inspiring way in which God prepared an entire civilization for
centuries to be receptive to the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ
and how Our Lady of Guadalupe was the perfect messenger.
During the public lecture,
co-hosted by Catholic Action for Faith and Family and Prince of Peace
Catholic Church in Plano, Authors Joseph and Monique González
presented their unique insight as well as discoveries and countless
evidences stemming from fifteen years of research on the Guadalupe
Apparitions and the Flower World Prophesies that led up to
them.
“What’s unique and timely about
this message is it brings a desperately needed message of hope to a
world today fraught with instability and uncertainty,” said Thomas
McKenna, Founder of Catholic Action for Faith and Family. “Our
intention with these public lectures is to share with a world
seemingly, with no hope, that God is always at work and His salvific
plan, then and now, comes to fruition in His time.”
Changing the course of history, we
have seen depictions of the gloriously fresh flowers that spilled out
of Juan Diego’s tilma revealing the miraculous image of Our Lady of
Guadalupe. Never revealed before, Joseph and Monique shared a fresh
explanation accentuated by dramatic readings of song poems to help
bring the story of the Flower World Paradise in the land of heaven to
life. Altogether, the audience came to see how the hero’s journey of
Juan Diego, an Aztec convert to Christianity, culminated in that
divine appointment on Tepeyac Hill in the year 1531.
Juan Diego indeed was entrusted
with one of the most beautiful messages of Our Lady which unlocked the
key to a sacred history that led to the world’s largest explosion of
Christian conversion in history. In the presentation, Monique González
underscored as often is the case with a hero’s journey, “Juan Diego
first had to have his character strengthened in order to overcome the
myriad of fears, setbacks and reversals.” In the end, the lecture
demonstrated the rich history that helped inspire the conversions to
the faith of roughly ten million indigenous people – well over half of
the population of then Mesoamerican territory – after the Blessed
Mother’s appearance.
This story has been called a love
letter to the modern world; once again, it captivated the audience in
the same way as the thousands of readers of Joseph and Monique’s
bestselling new book, Guadalupe and the Flower World Prophecy which
has sold out of its first
printing in just a few months.
Recently, in March, Bishop Edward
Burns deconsecrated the interior of Prince of Peace Church in Plano,
TX after an extensive renovation that gives the sanctuary a more
traditional look and feel. An absolutely stunning depiction of the
Holy Spirit rests at the top.
The half day conference concluded
with Mass offered by Rev. Ikenna (IYKE) Udemba, the Parochial Vicar
for all who attended.
Embracing
the love of Our Lady of Guadalupe,
James Aitchison
