* A federal judge blocked a Montana law that makes it a felony to register to vote in the state while being registered elsewhere. The lawsuit alleged ([link removed]) that voters who were unintentionally registered at multiple addresses could face criminal liability.
* A right-wing legal group dismissed ([link removed]) its lawsuit challenging Washington, D.C.’s voter rolls after reaching a settlement agreement requiring the D.C. Board of Elections to turn over voter registration data to the group.
