We expect extreme MAGA Republicans to support Donald Trump, Roy Moore, and others who abuse women. We don’t expect that from Democrats, but sadly, my primary opponent was the only member of the Oregon House to vote AGAINST extending protections for survivors of sexual assault. The only “no” vote.

She insisted on watering down the bill before she would vote for it, and that’s just plain wrong. It’s also a red flag for the electorate – if Democrats make the wrong choice in the May primary, we’ll lose in November by being stuck with a nominee who doesn’t support survivors.

With women’s reproductive rights under attack across the nation, we can’t afford the wrong nominee. We need to win. I’ve always stood with survivors, and I’m ready to fight for women’s rights in DC. If you’re with me, can you please chip in $10 today?
