[**Was banning prayer in American schools a moral downfall?**]([link removed])
Prayer used to happen all the time in school. Students would gather by the flagpole to say a little prayer before they started the day. Football players would gather on the field to take a knee and pray for a great game.
All of that has changed. Although we have politicians who say they are Christian (and a President who swears he is Catholic), prayer has been banned across schools in the US.
Is this our moral downfall as a nation? Is the lack of prayer and the lack of holiness leading to more violence and more issues?
We’d love to know what you think.
Was banning prayer a mistake?
