LCB Action: Alcohol Rulemaking ? Prohibited Conduct Rule: Proposed Repeal Language
On April 24, 2024, during its regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:
Proposed rules filed ? Public comment period now open:
The Board approved a rule proposal (CR 102) to repeal WAC 314-11-050 and remove references to it in several other sections of Title 314 WAC, consistent with Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill (ESSB) 6105, (chapter 250, Laws of 2024). WAC 314-11-050 is scheduled to be repealed effective July 19, 2024.
