Today we're taking emergency action to shut down Planned Parenthood.

Planned Parenthood thinks the law doesn't apply to it. It's wrong.

Planned Parenthood takes nearly 950 lives each and every day. It takes nearly $1.7 million of our tax dollars each day. And now it is using up critically needed medical supplies during this pandemic.

Just moments ago, we filed our 3rd critical amicus brief - this time in Oklahoma on behalf of nearly 50 members of the state legislature - to shut down Planned Parenthood and stop abortion.

All elective procedures have been stopped in these states in order to combat the Coronavirus. Elective abortions shouldn't be given a free pass. Planned Parenthood is NOT above the law.

But as we take critical legal action in numerous federal courts to shut down Planned Parenthood and defeat their reckless lawsuits, we need YOU.
