Reproductive and abortion rights are on the line across the country, including here in Colorado.
Coloradans for Protecting Reproductive Freedom has introduced Initiative 89, which would enshrine reproductive care access into the Colorado Constitution.
Initiative 89 would also repeal a previous amendment that harms Coloradans who receive their insurance through Medicaid and public sector employees, preventing them from using their coverage for reproductive care.
We believe that reproductive care needs to remain protected in our state and not be subject to government interference. Access to reproductive care shouldn’t depend on your zip code, your job, your insurance policy, or what politicians are in office.
