If you follow our podcast, last week I told you about the Amazing Video by Dr. Jonathan Haidt explaining what has happened to our Children since 2012 that is KILLING THEM and creating devastating mental problems. It was the introduction of the "smart phone" and social media! You MUST Watch it! In my podcast, I asked our members all over the nation to send that video to their State Representatives and Governor to pass legislation to SAVE OUR CHILDREN and our Future! Then, one of our members sent us the story that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and the Florida Legislature has ALREADY Passed a Bill to Ban Children 14 and Under from using social media!! You can read all about it here! We need to do the same thing in Ohio! We need to do it NOW!!! So we reached out to Representatives Ron Ferguson, Reggie Stoltzfus, Jerry Cerino, Kristina Roegner, Sarah Fowler, Beth Lear and others and ask them to watch the video and study the Florida Bill that was passed. We also heard that Representative Todd Young may have already introduced the Florida Bill in the Ohio House! We then reached out to Ohio Value Voters, CCV, the Ohio Christian Alliance, Ohio Freedom Action Network and other Liberty Groups asking for their support in passing Legislation and taking other action to SAVE OUR CHILDREN. Law Suit to be Filed in Federal Court to Force Ohio and Other States to Clean Up the Voter Rolls before the November Election based on Civil Rights Law! Want to make a difference? Want to protect your civil rights and Ohio's elections? Then you need to donate to the United Sovereign Americans (USA) Ohio lawsuit to protect our rights to have fair, free and trusted elections! USA is a nationwide grassroots organization working with volunteers in 27 states, including Ohio, to analyze voter rolls. The results of the analysis are then used in lawsuits in federal court to rectify violations of civil rights and election integrity law including apparent violations of the US Constitution 14th Amendment, the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 and the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), 2002. USA's goal is to file in at least 10 federal district courts before the November 2024 election. In Ohio, USA volunteers have identified many anomalies in our voter roles including: 1,046,431 ineligible or uncertain registration violations found within the Ohio State voter roll database 602,631 votes cast by ineligible or uncertain registrants 1,162,079 more votes counted than voters who voted in the 2022 general election at the time of of certification. No one knows who cast them. 713,262 apparent voting violations in excess of the legal standard of system accuracy for a valid federal election. Maximum allowable system errors for the 2022 general election in Ohio was 34 Certification as defined by law, an attestation of accuracy and compliance appears to have been fraudulent and illegal. From the 2020 election, we know that lawsuits filed after an election has been certified go nowhere, so we need to start now. Luckily for us, the Ohio lawsuit is almost ready to be filed – well before the 2024 election. USA has voter roll analysis from Ohio, experience from lawsuits already filed elsewhere and equally as important an attorney -- Warner Mendenhall -- who has agreed to take the case. What's missing?
