Right now, at least 11 states, including Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, and South Dakota, have ballot initiatives that would enshrine abortion as a constitutional right.

A handful of these states are pro-life states that currently protect children from the violence of abortion. However, in the aftermath of Roe v.
