Last week, Minority Leader Matt Hall called for Michigan to use our state’s budget to send our National Guard to the southern border.

Guess what? Last year, Matt Hall voted against funding for the National Guard.

This proves that Matt Hall’s tweet calling to send Michigan’s National Guard to the border is just a political stunt. Instead of supporting a budget that would provide leave time and tuition assistance for military families, Matt Hall chooses to use our troops as pawns in MAGA political games.

From now through Election Day, it’s our job to reach voters with these receipts to show just how hypocritical Michigan Republicans are.
