Dear Patriot,
A boy with a sling and a stone . . .
That's what I feel like when I walk into Federal Court to defend the Americans charged with their participation in the January 6th protests.
Teams of Department of Justice attorneys swarm the courtroom as I walk in with my clients.
During the trials, the tainted Washington, D.C., jury pool had their minds made up before entering the jury box. Echoes of the media's cries of "insurrection" replay in their minds.
The combined power of authority of the FBI and Biden's weaponized Department of Justice is the Goliath I walk into battle against.
Yet, I’m undaunted.
I reach for the small stone in my pocket as a reminder . . . David slayed Goliath.
Our government has spent over a billion dollars due to the January 6th protests.
My organization, the National Constitutional Law Union, has spent all that we have to defend over 50 Americans from the Federal Goliath that wants to lock them in prison, and we need your help to keep going.
My next trial begins on May 6th, and I'm due back in Washington, D.C., for a trial that may last weeks. To cover the travel and hotels for myself and my staff, I need to raise $19,400 within the next week.
Will you chip in to cover our costs?
I wish I could tell you that, like many of my fellow graduates from Harvard Law, I'm earning a million-dollar salary. But being a Constitutional Attorney was my choice, and I'm fine driving around my old pick-up truck instead of a Ferrari.
What I cannot do is walk into battle alone. I need you in the fight by supporting my work to defend these Americans.
Please help me raise the funds needed to get me and my legal team back to D.C. to defend the men and women whom the Biden Administration wants to destroy.
I need to raise $19,400 within the next week to ensure we can survive our next trial and prepare for the next one.
Without that, justice will be lost, and Biden's Goliath will take down another American.
Thank you for your support and attention.
In Vigilance,
John M. Pierce
