This program helps people living with or at risk of developing type 2 diabetes learn ways to incorporate physical activity into their routine safely, and it shows them how little changes can make a big difference. As little as $25 supports our efforts to share diabetes resources in your community to ensure they have the tools they need to manage and thrive with diabetes or to prevent or delay the onset of diabetes through lifestyle changes.
