Thanks to Scott’s tireless efforts, last month Congress passed a spending package that includes $156 million in funding for critical water infrastructure upgrades to address the Tijuana River Valley (TRV) sewage crisis –
triple the amount allocated in the previous year.
This is a huge victory – but there’s still more work to be done to solve this crisis, and to preserve a livable planet for future generations.
From tackling harmful pollution, to drought relief, investing in clean energy and more, Scott is still on the front lines of this fight.
